TAMPA, Fla. – Judge Public Relations, a veteran-owned Tampa-based PR firm, was ranked as the fastest growing PR firm in the U.S. according to O’Dwyer’s Annual Rankings of Top PR Firms, which was released Tuesday.

O’Dwyer’s has been ranking PR firms for 49 years based on their worldwide fees, and measures media contact and counseling services, not advertising or production expenses.
While the 2019 rankings of top PR firms included 130 PR firms, Judge PR showed the largest percentage gain of all PR firms in 2018 from 2017, with 76.1 percent net fee growth in 2018.
For their first appearance on the list, Judge PR was ranked 128 out of the top 130 PR firms in the U.S., according to O’Dwyers. To put that in perspective, there are more than 12,000 PR companies operating in the U.S., according to Forbes.
When broken down by specialty, out of the top 75 healthcare PR firms, Judge PR ranked 64. For food and beverage PR firms, Judge PR ranked 40, and in the sports sector, Judge PR ranked 21, O’Dwyers reported.
